A Touch of Frost

"Penny for the Guy" - Two boys go missing and one of the youths is found murdered. When the owner of a large supermarket chain agrees to pay the kidnapped boy's ransom, the police get involved and the plot fails. Time is running out for the kidnapped boy and Frost is frustrated by the lack of evidence needed to make an arrest.
