One year later, Madoka considers the options she has in her career path, while Lan is being experimented on aboard a space station, which is then attacked by the De Metrio army.

Madoka struggles to pilot Midori as she tries to stop Lan and Muginami from fighting when the pair quickly go into hiding to avoid the Le Garite troops.

Kamogawa prepares for an upcoming intergalactic conference. Meanwhile, Asteria calls Madoka, Lan, and Muginami to tell them about a Vox Particle Control Experiment, similar to the experiment that Dizelmine attempted on Lan.

Villagiullio and Dizelmine arrive on Earth for the Intergalactic Conference being held to discuss the conflict between their home planets De Metrio and Le Garite; an unidentified Ovid crashes.

Lan, Muginami, and Madoka arrive on Le Garite's ship, where Dizelmine reveals he is keeping Yurikano, ready to be used in an experiment.

Madoka and Yurikano awaken to discover that they have successfully switched bodies, but before they can explain, Muginami takes Yurikano away.

Dizelmine and Villagiulo agree to put aside their differences and work together to deal with the threat to their planets, announcing their cooperation at the Intergalactic Conference.

Muginami, Lan, and Madoka suspect that they're being watched and decide they should make their club official in order to keep the storeroom.

Machiko scolds Madoka for not having a plan for her future, but Madoka's attention is focused on planning the going away party for Array and Kirus.

Le Garite ships begin to fire on De Metrio's forces, and Villagiulo confronts Dizelmine to find out why he turned on him.

Madoka, Lan, and Muginami all wake up alone in a strange place, where they each come across a vision of Dizelmine's Vox and fight against it.

The Earth remains engulfed in the anomaly brought on by Dizelmine; everyone watches helplessly as Yoko maintains faith in Madoka.
