Kevin Coe seems to have it all: looks, charm, a good job, a loving mother. But underneath, he is a sociopath so caught up in his own convincing lies that he starts believing them himself. Masked as love, his mother dominates and controls her son to the point of utter humiliation. She is an emotional tyrant who forces Kevin to take his anger out on society.
