Alison is in the thick of her renovation battle and the stakes keep getting higher when her electrical bill doubles and pricing for her fireboxes comes in. She's used to taking risks, but this may be her riskiest project to date.

After ten months of building, Alison is on a mission to finally have a place of her own in Chicago to call home. The push to the finish isn't easy, however, as she scrambles to find more money and pressures the contractors to complete the job.
