Jing-Ju Cats

In the land of Purpetua, all cats live a peaceful and quiet life. Lil 'Pai and his pals enjoy telling stories for a living. One of his favorites is the legendary story of the Jing-Ju Cats who can purify monsters. No one believes it until the mutant monster appears in town.

To save his friends, Lil 'Pai has to step forward and try to draw the monster away. Lil 'Pai falls into danger as the monster is approaching. At that very moment, three strange cats pop up and fight against the monster with their unique martial art skills.

After Lil 'Pai recovers from the coma, he finds his precious bead is gone. He goes back to town to search for it, where he encounters Wu, the cat who had saved his life. The first Jing-Ju Cat appears!

In order to show Wu that he can become a real Jing-Ju Cat, Lil 'Pai challenges Wu to a contest to climb the highest tree in town. Without knowing it, they are moving forward to unknown danger.

Master Tang Ming and Troupe Hope members, Jean and Zad, have arrived to rescue the two in danger. Lil 'Pai happens to find the entrance to the Magic Gong Tower and insists on climbing up to beat the drum, hoping that the power from the Magic Gong can purge the darkness.

The Troupe Hope team fight their way to the Magic Gong. Lil 'Pai has to figure out the solution and pass the final trial. He successfully beats the Magic Gong and eliminates the monsters. However, an evil chaos has awakened.

With the success of defeating monsters, Lil 'Pai is finally able to join Troupe Hope. Right when he is getting ready for training and becoming a real Jing-Ju Cat, things take a surprising turn.

Since Lil 'Pai joins Troupe Hope, he's been in the kitchen all day, every day. Granny Jin makes Lil 'Pai realize that all the foundations of The Twelve Clans of Jing-Ju Cats are hidden in the necessities of daily life. On learning that, Lil 'Pai regains the enthusiasm to learn, and gets ready for the final test.

There's a traditional festival in Purpetua called Summer Bug Day. On this day, cats on the land compete to see who catches the most bugs. This is supposed to be Lil 'Pai's strong suit. But Troupe Hope has a special rule.

No matter how hard Lil 'Pai tries, he just can't summon the Power of Harmony. One night, a squeaky mouse appears and Lil 'Pai chases after him. The two accidentally fall into the web of King Spider and are about to be eaten. In the nick of time, Lil 'Pai summons the Power of Harmony.

Lil 'Pai has finally acquired the Power of Harmony, but no one believes him because his power is unstable. On the other hand, Zad and Lil 'Pai discover the water source in Clangour Town has been contaminated by the chaos. They set out to fix it.

In order to purify Clangour Town's water source, Zad and Lil 'Pai have to battle against the Guardian of Mount Ba by themselves. Zad risks his life trying to protect Lil 'Pai and becomes badly injured. Not until the last minute is Lil 'Pai able to summon the Power of Harmony and communicate with Snake Ba.
