The teams are given the product challenge. They begin brainstorming ideas and meeting with the patent attorney.

After a whirlwind trip to the hardware store for supplies, the teams present their ideas to a focus group of industry experts.

After getting advice from the focus groups, the teams begin work on their prototypes. All while racing against the ticking clock.

The final stretch! The teams finish up their prototypes and supporting materials. Then they check in one last time with the judges before the presentations.

After an intense 48 hours, the teams present their products to judges, and the top three are crowned.

The top three products begin their journey to store shelves. The first stop is re-design. Then new prototypes are created using state of the art rapid prototyping techniques.

With new prototypes in hand we visit our mentors to get their input on the marketing of our products. Then new product videos are created.

The products are shown to crowdfunding experts at IndieGoGo. Then, after being presented at the National Hardware Show in Las Vegas, the products are ready to be launched!
