Did Homer’s King Odysseus, the Trojan-horse-designer in the Iliad and the long-suffering wanderer of the Odyssey, really exist? In 1991, Makis Metaxas, a mayor on the Greek island of Kefalonia, finds an ancient Mycenaean tomb. He claims it contains the bones of Odysseus.
