La prima della stagione inizia con l'FBI che dà la caccia a Liz (Megan Boone) per l'omicidio del procuratore generale. Red (James Spader) e Liz vengono messi sulla lista dei 10 ricercati più importanti dell'FBI e si mettono in fuga per evitare la cattura.
