A large multinational company is shaken by the suicide of three of its employees. Sofía Cuevas (Maribel Verdú), a senior official at the company, is in charge of preparing an internal report to clarify the facts. Through her interviews with the employees, she will discover abuses of power, lies and the existence of a sick work environment.
