Keroro is in the doldrums at the start of the fifth season until a burst of color reinvigorates all of the platoon members. Later, Keroro has Dororo come up with the first invasion plan of the year, but they're surprised or just turned off when it involves soybeans fermented with bacteria, or sticky, stinky natto!

Keroro forms a company and has grand plans to make it a success... except he has no idea what kind of work they're supposed to be doing. Later, Momoka is anxiously awaiting her mostly-absent, globetrotting, street-fighting mother, who promised to visit before the cherry blossoms fell. The problem is, they've all but fallen, and Ouka is nowhere in sight.

When an alien computer virus infects the platoon's secret base, Giroro attempts to go in alone to wipe it out, only to find that he needs backup from an unexpected source. Later, Keroro enacts a nefarious invasion plan to hook the world on his K-Phone, but then discovers that the "almighty phone" has an invasion function...

A childhood friend of Koyuki's (and fellow ninja) invites her to join his organization so she can employ her ninja skills to the fullest and really belong somewhere. On the downside, his group is trying to take over the world, which the Keroro Platoon isn't too happy about when they find out...

Later, when Pururu goes undercover at Natsumi's sleepover, she seems to inadvertently reveal that she's in love with one of Keroro's old friends, which drives Sarge crazy...

When Keroro has Kululu create seven Wettle King replicas to go after Natsumi, a mysterious young man shows up to save her. Later, a Nyoro-Wettle King hybrid takes over the platoon's space station, prompting the frogs and Hinata siblings to go into space to take it back.

When Keroro is forced to go through an enormous backlog of unfinished manga, anime, and Gundam models, Kululu helps pick up the pace by introducing the pachyderm-like Compressor-kun, which compresses anything and everything into just the essentials. Later, Fuyuki and Keroro go on a treasure hunt in the house!

Back in their childhood, Zororo gets a copy robot as a gift from his parents. Naturally, Keroro decides to abuse it. Returning to the present, a fire scare at the base prompts Keroro to take a fire safety class. But he gets sold the wrong textbooks, and gets the runaround when he tries to return them!

First, Keroro and his friends in childhood find a broken-down robot that they try to repair. Then, back in the present, they have to fight a Caries War inside Keroro again! But something seems funny about these mouth-invaders...

It's Volume II of Musha Kero, and there's a swimsuit comedy contest on Sengoku Ran Star! Two Viper brothers are teaming up to compete with the Keroro Platoon... and the prize is the next Keronian treasure the frogs have been sent to get!

Dororo's very concerned about global warming, and tries to educate Keroro to be less wasteful to help avert it. Keroro is not interested in interrupting his conveniences, though. Then the platoon goes to Egypt to look for an ancient Keronian treasure. Instead, they wind up waking up Sababa, demon lord of the desert!

Momoka's very excited to go out on (what she thinks is) a date with Fuyuki-kun. Meanwhile, Giroro's very excited to go out on (what he hopes is) a date with Natsumi.

The platoon and the Hinata family go to visit Grandma. But when they arrive, it's raining! Grandma teaches them a fun game, and then the platoon comes up with a way to repay her for all the nice things she's always doing.

Momoka, Natsumi, Koyuki, and two of Natsumi's friends all get shipwrecked on an uninhabited island. "Little green fairy" Keroro is not exactly helpful. Later, the platoon creates a pair of scary red shoes that won't stop dancing.

While everyone's vacationing in Alien Town, Poyon spies them and convinces Natsumi to investigate a crime on her behalf. All signs seem to point to Keroro... but would he really have pulled off a precious jewel heist?

Tamama's desperate to jump off the high-dive, but he's afraid he's too immature. Later, Keroro is wandering around thinking he's a human businessman. How in the world did this happen?

Fuyuki finds a little turtle who turns out to be an extremely endangered species from space. Keroro is super jealous of his new rival for Fuyuki's affection, which results in him hurting the turtle and going crazy trying to find a way to heal it again. Meanwhile, an evil gang of three thieves are out to take the turtle back and sell it!

Keroro wants to teach Natsumi a lesson about how superior he is. But he makes the mistake of asking for Kululu's help, resulting in the two of them getting trapped in a dangerous room while Kululu goes out for curry.

Intergalactic mail carrier Meruru has a letter for Keroro, but he suspects it's an ultimatum from Keron Army HQ, so does everything he can to avoid receiving it. Later, after a fight with his sister, Fuyuki joins Keroro on a flying bike ride and they end up at a hidden alien parking area on Earth.

When sound suddenly disappears all over Inner-Tokyo, Keroro comes up with a way to use the situation for the invasion. Later, Saburo and Kululu discover what's behind the enforced silence, and they are the only ones who can bring sound back.

Mindful that her mega-expensive plans to capture Fuyuki's heart never succeed, Momoka gives Paul a budget of just 300 yen to come up with something that will bring her together with Fuyuki. And before Dororo became Dororo, he was Zeroro on Keron. One day, a robot appears out of nowhere to save Zeroro from peril and from then on, they live together... until the Keron army gets wind of it.
