Mother's Day is disrupted for Elizabeth when Kari finds a shocking secret about her husband, Tim.

Tim and his new girlfriend, Angela, go out to a public dinner. Kari takes a pregnancy test, and talks with Luke at her home. The family attends church together without Ashley, who does not share her family's faith.

Erin seeks advice from Elizabeth. Tim looks for Kari at Elizabeth's home, and he tries to give her the divorce papers. Elizabeth tries to give Kari the papers and accuses Tim of drinking. Angela is confronted by Dirk, who made the anonymous call to Kari.
