Chase, Elliot, Sophia, and Quinn are ready to battle it out towards the finish line until a giant gorilla threatens to destroy the city! The finale of Hot Wheels City's biggest race ever is here! Sophia, Quinn, Chase, and Elliot need to overcome the lead that Nevard and his Cosmic Coupe have, but can they do it while also protecting the city from a dangerous dragon?!

After it was revealed Nevard is a super clone of Draven, Chase, Elliot, Sophia, and Quinn have no time to recover as Hot Wheels City is under attack again! A giant Scorpion, Gorilla, and Dragon are threatening to destroy the city...and that's all before the super Shark makes his appearance!

Supervillain clone Nevard has unleashed a giant shark, which means lights out for Hot Wheels City! Sophia, Quinn, Elliot, and Chase will have to battle all the evil creatures attacking the city... but with an added challenge of complete darkness!

Things have never been weirder in Hot Wheels City! An upside down ice cream truck, a giant statue's head, and a talking robot dog?! There seems to be no explanation. Nevard must be up to something again! Can Chase, Quinn, Sophia, and Elliot defeat his evil plans and return the awesomeness back to the city before things get even weirder?!
