Each episode sees the Are You Haunted team invited to a different haunted venue, to see if proof of an actual haunting can be established or not. Headed by Sara Whyman and Phil Whyman, the team uses a back-to-basics investigation style. Use of hi-tech gadgets is limited, and supposed communication devices such as ouija boards, glass divination, etc., choosing instead to rely on their own senses.
