In 2014, 57-year-old Nancy Pfister was discovered beaten to death in her closet in her Aspen, CO. When items of Nancy's were found, including the key to the closet where her body was found, investigators zeroed in on a suspect.

In 2012, 42-year-old Michelle Mockbee's beaten body was found at work. She was wearing her pink sapphire ring, so robbery was ruled out. The case stalled until video surfaced that blew it wide open.
