Kikuzawa begins to tell the story about how he once fell under Yokoya's control. When he was a teenager, Yokoya transferred to his high school. On his first day he unsettled everyone, asking, "So, who's in charge of this school?" out of nowhere. The son of the president of a major financial group, Yokoya quickly caught the attention of a gang of delinquents, who conspired to target him....

Akiyama comes up with a plan to compensate for the Country of Day's weaknesses, but Yokoya also makes a move.

Yokoya carries out Akiyama's betrayal strategy first, causing all of the Day Nation's ATM money to be deposited into the Night Nation's, leaving them with a zero yen balance.
