Summer is here, and Brandon breaks the news to Nat that he is quitting his job at The Peach Pit, to work at the higher paying Beverly Hills Beach Club, which he hopes will help him save money for a new car.

While working at the Beverly Hills Beach Club, Brandon meets Jerry Ratinger who hires him as a driver for his wife. However, when Brandon meets and kisses a girl, he is upset to learn from Jerry's wife that she is Jerry's mistress.

When a surfing accident leaves Dylan injured, sympathetic Cindy invites him to stay at Casa Walsh, much to the dismay of both Jim and Brenda. Meanwhile, Kelly and her mother enjoy scoping the beach for men.
