The Box

Pici struggles to retain her sanity as she's plagued by the death of a former murder suspect. Dr Snow, the station shrink, has diagnosed her with PTSD and is trying to put her out of commission.

As the news breaks of Joey’s death in the precinct bathroom, all eyes fall on Pici as the prime suspect, and she’s immediately suspended. A worried Lovell and Sylvia urge Pici to plead insanity.

Pici returns to The Box, determined to connect with Adina’s spirit so that she can prove her innocence. Meanwhile, Jed, Lovell and Dr Snow plot to get Pici off Adina’s case.

Sylvia desperately pleads for Pici to drop her obsession with the Adina case and admit herself to a psych ward. When Pici reluctantly agrees, she finds herself literally “trapped” inside The Box.

Jenny quickly deduces that Pici’s been possessed by Adina. To exorcise Adina from Pici, Jenny must become an unwilling accomplice in Adina’s attempts to prove her innocence.

As the station reels from Jenny’s “suicide”, a guilt-ridden Pici is convinced Adina‘s spirit has been manipulating her all along, and is now hellbent on destroying her presence within the precinct.

Pici’s startled to find herself back in The Box, sitting beside Lovell and interrogating Adina for the death of her husband. When Lovell steps out of The Box, Adina offers Pici an ultimatum.
