Tony sets out to challenge his perception of the South and discover the benefits of southern hospitality. Approaching with an open mind and an empty stomach, he finds a welcoming culture, rich history and decadent comfort food.

Tony enjoys wonderful food and tries to avoid the cliches of TV chefs past.

Singapore is a country devoted to food. Its people have adapted Chinese, Indian, Malaysian and Indonesian cuisines into plentiful, cheap and exquisite foods. To Tony, this might be best place on Earth.

Tony experiences the duality of Berlin, with influences from east and west coming together to create a revolutionary culinary scene and thriving underground culture. Plus he's promised plenty of pork and beer.
