At the Don't Be Cruel BBQ Duel in Mississippi, three pitmasters face off over their best beef brisket and tri-tip. These opposite cuts of beef test their mastery of low-and-slow cooking as well as high-heat grilling.

Memphis is one of America's barbecue capitals and the site of the Annual Pigs in Flight BBQ Competition, where three pitmasters are competing to win with the best baby back ribs and pork butt.

It's a battle of the BBQ generations as BBQ legend Johnny Trigg faces off against newer, younger competitors over pork belly and whole turkey. One pitmaster will head to the finale while the others go home squealing.
