Code Blue depicts the lives of four childhood friends who are exposed to the grim elements of an inner-city life. When they witness murder by the hands of the law, vengeance is vowed on all who represents the blue. Their lives are forever changed when one of their own becomes the law. With his loyalty at stake, he must choose between life long friends or the job in which he was sworn to uphold.
