Dirt Every Day

Dave has been working on a 1991 Ford F-350 he calls Mom's Spaghetti. He's running out of time to finish it before Ultimate Adventure, so Fred has arrived to lend a hand. The truck is simple and cool, but Dave has added his own flair.

The first time Dave joined Fred on Dirt Every Day, they took Baja Bugs to the desert. It's time for another dose of Baja Bug fun and a return of the Dirt Heads. The guys unpack their old airbrushed jackets and buy some VW project cars to take to the sand.

The M715 drives like a sack of rocks on the road, so Fred Williams and Dave Chappelle haven't touched it much since the covered wagon days. It's back to the shop to make it drivable, then off to the trail to find out what else is wrong with it.

Do you really need big tires to run big-rock trails? Fred Williams and Dave Chappelle outfit a little Chevy Tracker with tiny tires before heading to Moab, Utah, to run the big rocks of Pritchett Canyon. Will they make it or break it?

The Dirt-Heads are back on two wheels in their favorite town of Moab, Utah. Dave is trying to get Fred to ride with a pair of Honda Trail 125s. These little classics are perfect for exploring southeast Utah, but will Fred be ready for a big bike soon?

It's the return of Pond Scum the 4Runner and Fred and Dave's 4Runner friends. The dirty-green 4Runner the guys built last season is back, and they're going snow-bashing in central Oregon to see if their trick IFS suspension will work in the white stuff.

When the Dirt-Heads decide they want to build a car-crushing monster truck, they turn to the Ranchota. It's part Toyota, part Ford Ranchero, and has been sitting collecting cobwebs ever since the guys built it a few seasons back.

The Dirt-Heads have never built an iconic Chevy K5 Blazer, and the one Fred and Dave track down is a real stinker. Their plan is to winch it on a trailer and head to the desert for some four-wheeling, with stops on the way to get it running and modified.

Everyone was surprised when we said we wanted to wheel in Kansas, but Fred and Dave had a plan. What they didn't have was a truck. So they let their camera crew pick out a project truck, and it's a doozy. But we promise you'll LUV the results.

Fred and Dave want to get in shape by mountain biking, but the climbing-up-the-mountain part is way less fun than the bombing-down-the-mountain part. So the guys come up with a plan to turn a 4x4 van into a shuttle bus for getting to the top of the hill.

It's time for less wrenching and more wheeling, so Fred and Dave are on the hunt for three gnarly trails and some Colorado exploring with their mini trucks Clampy and Maz-Grande.

The new Bronco is taking the country by storm, and Fred and Dave got their hands on one. But how do the Dirt-Heads build a Bronco unlike every other one out there? Can the guys transform a standard Bronco into a Bronco truck in just a few days?

It's time for the Dirt-Heads to build a YJ for Dave, but boy did Dave drag home a doozie. They'll have to undo a fair bit in just a few days to turn Butter Jeep into a trail machine, before heading to Oregon's Tillamook Forest for some wheelin.'
