A botched robbery leaves millions unaccounted for, that is until divorcée, Malou discovers it and immediately makes plans to bail herself out of financial ruin. Meanwhile, the robber’s ex-girlfriend is also on the hunt for the missing cash.

While trying to skirt suspicious inquiries from an old friend, Malou purchases a failing bakery to launder the stolen money. Meanwhile, the imprisoned robber, Steffe tries to reach out to his ex-girlfriend, Liana.

The pressure builds on Malou so she leans on her old friend, Joakim for help. Liana is trying to go about her business when a relative comes to visit– turning her life upside down. Steffe is up to something.

What exactly went down during the dramatic robbery that caused the money to go missing in the first place? Malou is frightened while Liana is angered.

On the lam, Steffe is desperate to track down his missing fortune. A violent assault on the news names Steffe as a suspect and Malou and Liana are terrified. Steffe follows up on a tip that leads him straight into Malou’s circle.

A business decision beyond Malou’s control threatens the bakery. Malou needs to know what she’s truly up against as she grows more paranoid about the individuals involved in the robbery.

Liana pieces together the signs that have been right under her nose– could it be possible that Malou has had the stolen money all along? Malou’s son, Hugo, bears the weight of knowing what’s hidden in the hot tub.
