A scientific experiment at the tail end of WWII has exposed the world to a form of cerebral electricity that renders ghosts and monsters tangible, living beings. The world congress decides to stop fighting among each other and to collaborate by eradicating these mysterious creatures from society. We follow the antics of an elongated pink monster and his journey with a mysterious blue man.
