Louie

Louie and Yoko are playing in the garden, but it’s about to rain. What can they do? Louie draws a house. The two friends can take shelter, but as soon as the sun comes back out, they can’t wait to get back outside and play in the garden.

Yoko is in the mood for playing, but it’s raining and all the animals have left. Who will play with her now? Louie draws a snail. Louie and Yoko play hide and seek but they are surprised by the snail: he is so slow to find them that the two friends fall asleep!

Louie and Yoko are exhausted by their walk in the desert. How are they going to get to the oasis? Louie draws a camel which gives them a ride to the oasis. The fresh water is so lovely!

Louie has lost his scarf. Who can help him to find it? Someone with a good sense of smell! Louie draws a dog. Before finding Louie’s scarf, he finds all sorts of things that Louie had lost! What a scatterbrain this Louie!

Louie is looking for a beautiful present to give to his mummy. He needs to find something that is pretty and smells nice like his mummy. Louie draws some flowers, but they are too beautiful to be picked. Louie goes to find his mum so that she can admire the beautiful flowerbed that he has prepared.

Louie and Yoko meet a little tic-tic bird who is sad, because he doesn’t have any friends. Louie draws a rhinoceros. The tic-tic bird loves to eat the parasites off of the rhinoceros’ back, who is delighted: the two animals become the best friends in the world!

Louie and Yoko slide on a frozen lake, but after several falls, they decide that they need an ice-skating teacher. Louie draws a penguin. The penguin teaches them how to skate and gives them a demonstration.

At the beach, Yoko is too scared of the water to go swimming. Louie wants to help his friend to overcome his fear. Louie draws a dolphin, which helps Yoko to jump into the water: With him, Yoko discovers the pleasures of the water!

Yoko and Louie are having a race: Yoko, who uses her wings to fly, beats Louie every time. Determined to find a faster way, Louie draws a car. Louie drives his car and succeeds in winning a race. He draws another car for his friend- that way they can have a race and compete fairly!

It’s very windy today. What can you do when it is windy? Go sailing! Louie draws a sailing boat. Louie and Yoko climb aboard and navigate the sea.

Louie and Yoko are playing knights and princesses, but they are missing a “baddy". Louie draws a dragon. The dragon is very enthusiastic, but he is too kind to play baddies!

There are lots of leaves to gather up in the garden today, and Louie and Yoko are in a rush to go and play! How can they finish their work more quickly? Louie draws a robot to help them gather up all the leaves. It’s a good idea, but the robot wants to play as well!

Yoko and Louie see the moon bright in the sky. It’s lovely… how about going there to play? Louie draws a rocket. Louie and Yoko set off on a trip to the moon. The Earth is so beautiful seen from above!

Yoko has lost her marbles in the sand... they’re hard to find! Louie draws an ostrich that can stick its head in the sand. It will easily find Yoko’s marbles. The only snag is that to get the ostrich to hide its head in the sand, they’ll have to scare it...

Louie and Yoko find an egg, all by itself in a nest. The egg is soon to hatch. Louie has to draw it a mummy. A hen? No! Louie draws a crocodile. Yes, the egg Louie and Yoko have found is a rather special one!

Yoko wants to play with the clouds in the sky but she can’t catch them. Louie draws a very soft sheep that looks like a cloud. But the sheep won’t let anyone pet it; it’s too busy protecting its beautiful wool...

Louie and Yoko are playing Indians. But to be real Indians they need a horse. Louie draws a beautiful horse, but it’s a wild horse, who doesn’t want to be caught. But Louie has more than one trick up his sleeve to try and catch it!

Louie and Yoko are bathing in their little pool. To make things more fun, Louie would like to dive into the water, as would his friend Yoko. How can they do this? Louie draws a slide. Yippee, splash!! It’s so much fun that Sophie, Louie’s little sister, wants to come into the pool as well!

Louie would like to fly like Yoko the ladybird. How will he manage to do this? Louie draws an aeroplane. With Yoko’s help, pilot Louie learns to do loopings...What great fun!

Yoko and Louie are playing hide-and-seek but Yoko keeps finding Louie! It’s too easy! Louie draws a chameleon, to play hide-and-seek with Yoko. But this time, no matter where the ladybird looks, she can’t find the chameleon – of course not, chameleons are masters of disguise! How will they find the chameleon? Louie has an idea...

Louie and Yoko are playing basketball. But the net is far too high for Louie. How can he reach it? Louie draws a kangaroo. The kangaroo really is a champion jumper! With him, playing basketball is much more fun!

Louie and Yoko want to swim in the lake, but a tree is blocking the way. They need someone very strong to help them move it. Louie draws an elephant that clears the way for them and moreover, offers them the most original swimming session!

Yoko is having great fun flying with a balloon. Louie would love to join her...and to do this he draws a hot-air balloon. And off they go for a wonderful journey in their balloon!

Louie finds a little cat stuck up a tree. How can he help her get down? Louie and Yoko draw a beautiful fire engine so that they can rescue the cat.
