Neelam (Sridevi), the daughter of Rajiv and Rajni, is orphaned and is then brought up by her grandfather in his palatial house supposed to contain a gem which has great powers. The Tantrik Gorakhnath wants the gem at any cost and sends Anand (Sunny Deol), who is in his power, to influence Neelam and obtain it. Matters get complicated when Anand and Neelam fall in love.
