Curly’s bear hunt is successful, and now he has to butcher his kill. Troy and Sarah struggle to muscle 1,100-gallon water tanks up a sheer hillside. Jiggy and Gale mix new homemade lures into their gear as they fish commercially for salmon. Oliver and Breanna build a new tideline hoist that the whole community will benefit from.

The villagers of Port Protection are at it again. Veronica, Jiggy and Dave Palmer rip apart and repair a dam to keep their neighbors in water and power. Squibb helps Troy and Sarah build a walkable path to their house. Curly and Junior find signs of a black bear on their hunt. Matt’s daughter, Shipley, returns to town for the summer, and they head out with Sam on a family fishing trip.

Residents of Port Protection forge on through the height of summer. With the support of Sam and Sarah, Troy revisits his quest to spear a halibut. Squibb, Matt and Terry Simpson perform emergency maintenance on Squibb’s dock. With fish prices low, the pressure is on for Carl to maximize his catch for commercial sale. Curly teaches Oliver how to drop massive trees with pinpoint precision.

The residents of Port Protection step up and help each other out. Neighbors Dave and Mike help Veronica bring down some dangerous trees, Squibb helps Oliver and Breanna improve their float-house kingdom, Curly checks out the town’s water supply, and Sam hops aboard the Gothic to lend a hand on his son Matt’s final salmon run of the season.

Port Protection’s canine community takes prominence as Troy and Sarah try dip-net fishing to score Brutus some salmon treats, Veronica and Carl build a ramp over tree roots to help old Sancho get around on his bad hips, and Oliver and Bree rig up a walkway around their float house for Belle and Tigger. Outside of town, Curly and Junior the Good Boy hunt ducks with an old friend tagging along.

Curly takes advantage of a break between storms to hunt for deer in a fruitful area he hasn’t been able to access for a couple of years. Troy explores sunken boats for lost treasures. Veronica and Terry work together to revamp the garden Litzi left behind. Sam and Squibb reel in more than they can handle on their quest for halibut.

Curly’s deer hunt comes to a thrilling end with a shot gone awry. Sam, Troy and Terry struggle with uneven ground to build Troy a bathroom. Sarah, Veronica and Breanna forage for berries to make a rare treat. Squibb works solo on a build at home to replace a deck destroyed by falling snow and ice in a massive storm.

Sam and Matt Carlson embark on a father-son hunting expedition. Breanna, eager to prove herself, splits from Oliver to find her very own buck. Squibb helps Veronica with home maintenance as they clear off her old outhaul. Terry helps Troy and Sarah get closer to a working water system.

The residents of Port Protection get ready to hunker down for the winter. Curly gives Oliver a hand with some gorgeous cedar trees. Carl and Morgan bring in the last cohos of the season. Veronica and Terri gather a tasty meal while Sam helps Troy and Sarah install a major upgrade to their home. Jiggy takes to the land and tries to bag a moose.

Sam’s desire to silence his generators ignites a fire that threatens to burn his house to the ground. Oliver, Curly and Breanna try to fix Oliver’s trailer so they can transport a massive amount of lumber back to Oliver and Breanna’s float house. Squibb and Dave Palmer join forces to build a house for neighbor Terry Simpson on dry land. Jiggy discovers just how good he is at stalking moose.
