Immersed in the crisis of the 40s, Oscar decides to set up a smoking club with a friend from the university. The club is a place to take refuge from the world and feel free. That's why Oscar opens it by imposing a single rule: The Club is a space of freedom. The problem is that in order for everyone to enjoy that freedom, they will have to impose another 128 rules.
