When road-trippers Jim Halsey (Zachary Knighton) and Grace Andrews (Sophia Bush) decide to pick up hitchhiker John Ryder (Sean Bean) late one rainy night, they swiftly come to regret their benevolence. Ryder is a violent madman determined to see them dead. Luck is with Jim and Grace, however, and they're able to throw off Ryder and get back on the road.
