Kenji, who is making a monster movie alone, meets a 9-year-old girl named Juria wandering around town.He discovers that Juria is not attending school and is being abused by her mentally ill mother. To help, Kenji gives her a dog-shaped camera for surveillance, instructing her to turn on the recording switch when her mother abuses her.
