Inspector Yang Si Ohn wakes up from her six-year coma with the ability to see ghosts. Still unsure of how to deal with such trauma, she finds herself pulled into the suicide case of a high school student.

Si Ohn and Gun Woo's jobs are on the line after investigating the suicide case without proper permission. As much as she tries to return to a normal life, the ghosts won't leave Si Ohn alone.

When Si Ohn is led to a case of a missing body thanks to another female ghost, it puts her at odds with Gun Woo, who doesn't trust her at all.

Si Ohn believes that the female ghost she's seeing is Prosecutor Park Woong Joon's fiancee, and begins to suspect the cold-hearted lawyer. Gun Woo transfers to the joint investigation team to assist in this case.

The Lost and Found Division, along with the other sections, go on a team building retreat in the countryside. Si Ohn encounters the ghost of Lee Hyung Joon, but keeps his presence a secret from Gun Woo.

Hyung Joon enlists the help of Hee Bin to get a message to Si Ohn, because only Hee Bin can hear him. Si Ohn finds a new lead that can help her recover her lost memories.

Si Ohn finally confronts Moon Shik about his knowledge of Hyung Joon, but is he telling her the truth?

When the sky begins raining blood, Si Ohn is led to a new case involving Korean-Chinese immigrants and Hyung Joon. She and Gun Woo must grapple with the consequences of their kiss.

Si Ohn regains most of her memory, and realizes that her enemy is Choi Moon Shik. Gun Woo stays with the Lost and Found team to help Si Ohn with her case, even though he knows she doesn't care for him.

The search is on for Choi Moon Shik when he evades police capture.

Choi Moon Shik's death is not the end for Si Ohn and Gun Woo's investigation, as they need to catch the bigger criminal who's been backing Moon Shik.

Si Ohn and Gun Woo race to find evidence that will put Chief Moon Hong Joon away in jail forever, but the rules change when Si Ohn discovers a new ghost who isn't dead.

Gun Woo confesses his feelings for Si Ohn, but she's not ready to let go of Hyung Joon just yet. He also discovers the truth about Hyung Joon's whereabouts.

Si Ohn finally gets the evidence she needs to take down Chief Moon and the smuggling ring. Gun Woo recovers from his injuries and tells Si Ohn the truth she needs to hear.

Si Ohn makes peace with Hyung Joon's passing. Gun Woo is promoted to the serious crime division, and the separation from Si Ohn only makes their hearts grow fonder for each other.
