Omi, a young Xiaolin Dragon-in-training, is joined at the Xiaolin Temple by three new students, Kimiko, Raimundo and Clay. Initially, they don't get along at all. But when the ancient evil spirit Wuya is set loose after a thousand years of imprisonment...

Everyone doubts Clay's competence. But when Omi, Kimiko and Raimundo are trapped in a magic box, it's up to Clay to save the day, which he does in his own slow and steady style.

To wield the latest Shen Gong Wu, the Tangle Web Comb, Kimiko must learn total focus. With her quick trigger temper, that's not easy. Will Kimiko use the Tangle Web Comb to save the day and defeat the forces of evil?

Omi and the gang face off against Wuya's latest minion, Katnappe, who holds the Golden Tiger Claws that allow people to transport to wherever they choose. Unable to dominate his opponent, Omi has to change his strategy to defeat Katnappe.

When Raimundo loses the Sword of the Storm to Tubbimura, the usually carefree and callous boy must reexamine his methods.

Jack replaces Kimiko with his Chameleon-Bot, which can mimic anyone Jack chooses. The wicked duplicate steals all the gang's ShenGong Wu. Evil wins, and Jack and Wuya rule the world! Okay, it doesn't get that bad, but it gets close real close.

Against Master Fung's instructions, Omi plays with the Ring of the Nine Dragons, which mystically divides its bearer into as many as nine identical twins. However, the ring also divides the bearer's talents, skills, intelligence, potential, etc.

It's dangerous and hot dragon-on-dragon action when Dojo must face the threat of the Sapphire Dragon … alone!

When Omi gets lost in the City That Never Sleeps, he makes a new friend, Jermain, who helps him track down the latest Shen Gong Wu, win a showdown against Jack Spicer, and find his friends again.

Trouble's a-brewin' when Clay's daddy decides that Clay must give up the quest for Shen Gong Wu and return home to the ranch.

Pandemonium ensues when not one, not two, not three, but FOUR Shen Gong Wu activate at the same time!

Wuya creates Mala Mala Jong, an evil conglomeration of collected Shen Gong Wu. Omi defeats Mala Mala Jong by going deep into the earth's core to retrieve the lost Tiger Claws and transporting himself inside Jong's body to capture his heart.

In the season finale, an angry Raimundo turns to the dark side and joins forces with Wuya.
