In the Season 2 premiere, Pat thinks Allison would be a good fit for a job opening at Welltopia, but Ken balks at the idea of working under the same roof as his wife. Meanwhile, Dave hatches a plan to hide Molly's low SAT scores from their parents; and Clark isn't sure what his boyfriend does for a living, so he asks Damona to help him figure it out.

Allison’s first day at Welltopia starts off with a bang when she and Ken disagree on a diagnosis. Meanwhile, Damona introduces her new boyfriend, which inspires Pat to reveal that he’s back in the dating pool; and Dave enlists his grandfather for an image makeover when he worries about making friends in middle school.

Pat is asked to emcee the annual Welltopia banquet, much to Ken's surprise. Meanwhile, a girl next door stands outside the Park's kitchen window and stares at Dave, so Molly and D.K. try to shoo her away; and Clark and Damona discuss their relationships with their current partners.

Ken learns D.K. is divorced and starts to worry that the end is near for his own marriage. Meanwhile, Dave ponders his grandfather's situation and how it relates to his relationship with Emily.

Allison is saddened that Dave doesn't get excited about Halloween anymore, but when D.K. treats him to a scary story about Korean ghosts, or gwishin, that's acted out by the Welltopia staff, it might just do the trick

Ken is urged to learn Korean when his father's friends poke fun at his inability to speak the language. Meanwhile, Allison helps Molly with her SAT vocabulary prep; and Clark is proud to lead the nurses' contract talks, but isn't looking forward to negotiating with Pat.

Dave gets invited to appear on "Shark Tank" to pitch his latest invention, but an initially excited Ken ultimately worries about how his son will be treated. Meanwhile, Molly's internship at Welltopia gets rave reviews from Pat.

A Thanksgiving traffic jam combines with Ken and the kids' tomfoolery to get on Allison's last nerve, even though it was her idea to drive to her parents' house for dinner. Meanwhile, Clark takes the lead serving a holiday meal at a homeless shelter, but his pushy, fastidious nature turns everyone off.

D.K. moves out to live with his new girlfriend after he hears Allison complaining about him. Meanwhile, Pat asks Dave to play the part of his adopted son; and Allison thinks Molly wants to discuss something important when she suggests a day at the spa.

Ken feels he should apologize to a patient for missing a crucial detail, but Pat doesn't think it's a good idea. Meanwhile, Dave's parent-teacher conference is shaken up by D.K.

D.K. dresses up as Santa and Dave plays an elf at the library's annual Christmas party for kids. Meanwhile, Allison decides to show off her free-spirited side by throwing a holiday party at Welltopia, but Ken would rather just relax.

A new intern at Welltopia gets a little too close to Ken for Allison's comfort. Meanwhile, Damona's boyfriend discovers her history with the 1990s dance band C+C Music Factory; and Molly isn't sure how Jae feels about her after their first date, so D.K. goes undercover to find out.

Ken can't believe it when he learns that Molly's boyfriend is quitting premed to be an artist. Meanwhile, Clark monitors Pat's weight-loss program; and Damona sports a new look when she's not required to wear scrubs at Welltopia.

A film crew follows Ken for a documentary about a typical day at Welltopia, but the everyday nuts and bolts of the job make him think being a doctor isn't all it's cracked up to be.

A local hoops hero at Molly's high school suffers an ankle injury, but everyone cries foul at Ken's diagnosis that might keep the player out of a big game. Meanwhile, Clark and Connor mark another milestone on their way to the altar; and Allison learns about Pat's secret espresso machine in his office.

Allison's moved by a poem that Dave actually wrote for Emily on Valentine's Day, but Ken lets his wife think it was meant for her. Meanwhile, Clark maps out a romantic scavenger hunt for Connor; Molly and Jae reject the holiday's commercialism; and Damona and Eric's date goes awry when they have dinner where she used to go with Pat

Pat has a strange rash that Ken thinks is caused by a stressful relationship with his girlfriend. Meanwhile, Dave wants his breakup with Emily to be as painless as possible; and Clark wants Allison to visit a new meditation studio.

Allison discovers a lump in her breast during a self-examination, which rallies the Welltopia gang to her side as she awaits her biopsy results. Meanwhile, Dave mulls his character's motivation in a school play; and Pat and Damona have an unexpected encounter.

Ken's no-nonsense professor from medical school makes an appointment at Welltopia for a checkup, and picks up where he left off years ago by making his former student's life a living hell. Meanwhile, Damona mulls a breakup with Eric; and Allison gets a talkative assistant.

Ken's friendship with the CEO of Welltopia prompts Pat to ask Ken to vouch for him regarding a promotion, but Ken is taken aback by what the boss actually has in store. Meanwhile, Clark thinks Damona and Pat have rekindled their relationship; and D.K. uses a Korean superstition to warn Molly about her boyfriend.

Ken stumbles upon news of Clark and Connor's surprise nuptials, so he tries to think of a way to get everyone to come. Meanwhile, Damona hopes to convince Allison to go by telling her that Ken is planning to renew their wedding vows.

In the Season 2 finale, Ken auditions for a sitcom set at a community college, but has an awkward experience with Alison Brie in the process. Meanwhile, Pat is ready to tell Damona he loves her, but he's distracted by a surprise visit from his ex-wife; and Allison tries to hide her sadness that Molly is leaving for Stanford soon.
