In a cruel stroke of fate, Chandni’s (Sridevi) heart is shattered as Rohit (Rishi Kapoor) disappears from her life. When she meets Lalit (Vinod Khanna) who is fighting the demons of tragic memories, they both find solace in this new friendship.
