Splitboarding allows snowboarders to travel into the backcountry on skis, then put the skis back together and snowboard down the mountain. This is that journey of a kid's goal to move to the mountains and learn how to snowboard in the backcountry of Montana. He learned how to travel in dangerous avalanche terrain and ride some of the biggest lines of his life.
