Getting puppy Clyde brought out the worst in owners Bonnie and Erin. Bonnie's bullying approach to training has Erin and Clyde trembling in her wake. The more Erin cowers and second-guesses her way of training Clyde, the more frustrated Bonnie gets, and the vicious cycle continues.
