When a body is found near an off-shore wind farm, detective Mads investigates possible links to the upper echelons of Energreen, one of Denmark’s biggest energy companies. Energreen lawyer Claudia discovers insider trading within the company.

As the new Head of Legal, Claudia is tasked with digging into the insider trading case involving a head trader. Alf from the Fraud Squad joins Mads’s investigation of Energreen. Nicky and Bimse make a huge discovery.

Claudia offers Mads and Alf full cooperation by drowning them in documents. When CEO Sander attends a summit in Abu Dhabi looking for investors, he summons Claudia, who sees a new and revealing side to how Sander operates.

Mads and Alf interrogate Energreen’s CFO and catch him in a lie. As Energreen prepares to go public, Sander sends Claudia on a difficult streamlining mission. Bimse’s debt to the Serbian gangsters spills into Nicky’s life.
