When Mike's Dad, the King sets off on a mission, Mike is determined to follow him!

The queen needs peace and quiet, but Mike spoils the silence is with his own bossy shouting. He soon discovers that the easiest way to make things quiet is to be quiet yourself.

Mike wants to present a very knightly "A Knight's Life" at the Show & Tell, and Sparkie's strange, lumpy thing doesn't seem to fit! Mike learns to trust his friend's judgment.

Trollee tells Mike about buried treasure at the end of the rainbow, and Mike abandons his promise to help with Squirt's rainbow party. When the treasure flops, he has to save Squirt's day.

Mike wants squires, which means no flying, no running on all fours, and no fire or water for the dragons! When he needs help, however, Mike sees that dragons are better than squires could ever be!

When he accidentally causes Yip and Yap to be endowed with the power of flight, Mike wants to rescue them himself instead of telling his mother.

Squirt wonders why Mike has to leave a sack of jam tarts by the river before the village jam tart feast begins. Mike loses the tarts, and the Vikings come looking for their share.

Mike tries to make his mother's pot more beautiful for the Make-and-Show by painting it, filling it with flowers, and even claiming it's magic! He learns that beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Mike looks for something really brave to do, but when he has to face a monster, he learns that being brave is about facing your fears!

When Galahad accidentally ends up with magical polka-dots, Mike wants to pose for a statue on the shepherd's horse instead. Mike learns that friendship is about what's inside, not outside!

Dismissive of Sir Super, Evie's favorite pretend knight, Mike tries to prove he's better than this storybook character. Mike learns that it's better to just be the knight he is!

Mike discovers a smiley treasure and believes he can guard it by himself, excluding his friends. As the treasure starts to disappear, Mike realizes that sometimes you need help from your friends.

Mike won't let Evie join him on a hunt for wizard's treasure in the Maze Caves. When he thinks she's been captured by cave monsters, he learns that knights sometimes need a wizard's help!

Mike wants to win three trophies in one day, but when his dragons win the games instead, he tries to change the rules. In the end he learns to play fair.
