Appropriate Adult

The routine life of Janet Leach is dramatically transformed when she sits in as an 'appropriate adult' on interviews with serial killer Fred West, who within minutes makes a shocking confession.

With Janet no longer involved in the police interviews, Fred West refuses to speak to the police. His wife Rosemary is similarly uncooperative, and Janet receives a call asking her to resume her duty.

When Anna McFall's remains are found, Fred suggests to Janet their resemblance is significant. As Janet tries to persuade Fred to reveal the truth, she becomes ever more closely involved with him.
