A mob family that isn't earning like they did in the past comes up with crazy idea after watching the movie, "Stealing A Survivor", to kidnap someone famous for ransom. After picking their target, Tom Guiry known to many as "Smalls" from the movie "The Sandlot", they enlist the help of the director of "Stealing A Survivor", Ray Martin, to consult them on how to kidnap a celebrity.
