4 Days 4 Mountains

In this first episode, our two athletes will start their adventure following the Rota do Sol (Sun Route). This path will lead them from a tiny beach at the Atlantic Ocean, Arroio Teixeira, part of Capão da Canoa city, through a portal to one of the south Brazilians plateaus, the Pinto Mountain Range.

Lisiane and Débora arrive in the city of Siderópolis in the state of Santa Catarina. The city is at the base of the famous Rio do Rastro mountain range. An 8km climb that takes cyclists to more than 1,400 meters in height.

The Corvo Branco mountain located in the heart of the Serra Catarinense is part of a geological formation that originates in Paraguay and cuts through all 3 states of southern Brazil forming the Serra Geral. The mountain received its name after natives mistakenly confused the King Vulture, which has white feathers with a crow, thus giving rise to the name Corvo Branco.

The final challenge has arrived, athletes Lisiane and Débora dawn in Morretes, a small historic town located in the state of Paraná. This last adventure will not be an easy task, the pair will have to face the cobblestones of Serra da Graciosa. A winding stretch of 8km, crossing the mountains of the Atlantic Forest, this bringing a new scenario.
