Dr. Vijay Nambiar (Suresh Gopi) is a skilled, well-known neurosurgeon, lives with his wife Dr. Nalini Nambiar (Abhirami). The story begins with Nambiar being admitted to the hospital as he is involved in a motor vehicle accident and he suffers brain injury due to which his chance of survival turns slim.
