Almost Coming, Almost Dying

Celebrating his successful come-back as a teacher after being out of work for many years, Manabu goes to a sexual massage salon to treat himself. When he is about to reach climax, he is suddenly struck by a severe headache and sent to hospital naked. The diagnosis requires him a brain surgery, but he is more concerned with how to deal with his family who demands to know where he has fallen down.
