Alicia DuCote heads to south Louisiana to meet with three different types of seafood farmers.

Alicia DuCote visits an aquaponic farm in central Arkansas and a hydroponic farm in Shreveport, Louisiana. She also visits the seed company that supplies her farm, Raccoon Bend Farms, with heirloom seeds.

Alicia DuCote heads to East Texas to Regen Ranch and learns how organic turkeys are raised and processed. Then she swings by one of the few organic feed mills in Austin, Texas, before heading home to a neighboring farm that raises organic chickens.

Alicia DuCote visits cattle operations and learns about regenerative farming, Wagyu beef, and A2 milk.
