Chapter. 1: The Sky Wreckers: Dick Tracy faces off against spies and saboteurs in his efforts to bring to justice the Stark gang, a criminal family led by the vicious Pa Stark. Plenty of high action and suspense, and a lot of cool 1930s airplanes!

Chapter. 2: The Runway of Death: Pa Stark engineers a half million dollar robbery with the aid of his five sons; Kid Stark kills a special agent who gets in the way; Tracy's asistant, Steve Lockwood, brings Joe hanner from Salt Lake to identify Kid Stark; Tracy tries to warn the Salt Lake plane that is is flying by a false radio beam signal! Can Tracy prevent an airliner tragedy?

Chapter. 3: Handcuffed to Doom: Kid Stark is sentenced to die for the murder of special agent Ron Merton; Pa Stark and his remaining sons start a stolen car racket; Steve Lockwood helps Tracy locate the Ward Bonding Co. loot at the Mid-City garage; Tracy is captured by the Starks and placed in a runaway car!

Chapter. 4: Four Seconds to Live: Pa Stark attempts to steal the radio control from an army tank at Perlita Junction; Trigger Stark helps the gang escape Tracy and the FBI; The Starks capture Steve Lockwood and handcuff him to a runaway freight train; Tracy takes command of the army tank and overtakes the train! Crazy high-speed action!

Chapter. 5: Death in the Air: Pa Stark demands $50,000 from Dr. Worthing to prevent the destruction of a new 200-inch lens; Champ Stark sets a time bomb in a tunnel under the lens tower when the demand is refused; Tracy and Lockwood locate the dynamite hidden under the tower, but can they remove it in time?

Chapter. 6: Stolen Secrets: Steve Lockwood traces the plane in which the Stark boys escaped to the Carston Aircraft Corporation; Pa Stark enlists the aid of Brand, a crooked test pilot, in stealing Government planes from Carston; Tracy, meanwhile, is overcome by an anathesthetic and trapped on Bond's plane!

Chapter. 7: Tower of Death: Pa Stark is still trying to trap Tracy, now with the help of Carston, who sends a dummy motor in the truck which Tracy is to follow; Lockwood places a radio signal in the truck carrying the dummy motor; while Tracy tries to stop the Starks from dynamiting Mike McGurk.

Chapter. 8: Cargo of Destruction: While Steve Lockwood and the FBI agents attempt to capture the Starks, Pa Stark delivers the stolen Government motors to the Fertilizer plant; meanwhile, Tracy and Trigger Stark do battle on a rooftop!

Chapter. 9: The Clock of Doom: Pa Stark plans the destruction of the Riviera Dam to block the Trendall truck route; Champ Stark plants several cases of dynamite in one of theTrendall trucks; little does nyone know that Junior is hiding in the loaded truck; the truck also has damaged brakes, and not even Tracy can help!

Chapter. 10: High Voltage: Pa Stark comes up with a plan to eliminate Tracy; it involves a momb being placed in Tracy's office; Gwen and Junior try to help, but only make things worse. Can Tracy save them from harm?

Chapter. 11: The Missing Witness: Pa Stark, with help from Champ and his blow torch, plans to rob the Block Jewelry Company from a room above the vault; meanwhile, Tracy and Lockwood surprise part of the gang at the Municipal Power Plant.

Chapter. 12: The Runaway Torpedo: Pa Stark and his sons escape from Tracy, though Steve Lockwood captures a member of the Stark gang who was wounded in the gun battle; Tracy gets involved in a high speed ambulance chase!

Chapter. 13: Passengers to Doom: With another of his boys killed by FBI agents, Pa Stark steals a new Naval torpedo boat. To his surprise, Tracy and Lockwood are hot on his trail.
