Tyler Jones and K.C. Smith look for any excuse to hunt the mountains out west whenever possible. When they heard rumors of talkative public land turkeys in the hills of New Mexico, they had to journey out to Merriam's Country and accept the challenge of calling in a mountain gobbler. The birds were a little sparse, but with some quality scouting efforts The Element boys earn their opportunity.

In this episode, KC from The Element shows us the process of harvesting a wild hog and making traditional breakfast sausage out of the meat from field to fork.
