Tonight it's the first sudden death cook-off. Soul mates Tash and Hera versus Newly Weds Chris & Bex are cooking a 3-course dinner for some Celebrity VIP guests. Who will rise to the top and who will be going home?

It's the second sudden-death cook-off where Foodie Friends Heather & Mitch go head to head with Childhood Buddies Jaryd & Ben. At the table will be some of New Zealand's sporting elite and when the dust settles one team will be staying and one team will be going home.

It's the start of the final round and the 3 remaining teams face their toughest Challenge to date. Their task is to cater a wedding for 80 guests, serving Canapés, Entrees and Mains.

It's the Grand Final where Newly Weds Chris & Bex are head to head against Christchurch Foodies Heather & Mitch. They will be cooking for a full house in the stunning Gusto Restaurant and for some special VIP Guest Judges.
