Many concerts were canceled amid the Coronavirus pandemic. The Kansai idols lost their chance to perform. With the future so uncertain, they put on a remote livestream show to give back to the place they call home, Osaka. Called Johnny's DREAM IsLAND 2020→2025, will they be able to survive this crisis? We follow as they undertake this midsummer campaign.

Ae! Group and Lil Kansai are putting on a livestream show at the legendary Shochikuza Theatre. It will be their first time performing for an online only audience. They confront the difficulties that come from a remote livestream as they prepare to sing, dance, and perform skits. From being mentees to becoming mentors, they climb one step higher to follow the tradition of Kansai Johnny's.

Johnnys' WEST had planned on doing a national tour to celebrate their seventh anniversary and play the Tokyo Dome for the first time. However, it was canceled due to the pandemic. Still, they wanted to help lift the nation's spirits and joined the livestream remote show from Osaka. They might not be able to play the domes, but the seven members rise to give thanks to the people who supported them.

A special on the seven member Kansai Johnny's Jr. unit Naniwa Danshi. Their concert scheduled for March was canceled due to the pandemic. They got back in action in July. They start rehearsing for the remote livestream show. It's the first time their seniors aren't around to help. They release the energy that's been building inside and shine on stage. It's a summer Naniwa Danshi will never forget.

Sexy Zone debuted just 90 days after their formation. That is the fastest in Johnny's history as it normally takes several years. It seemed like the stars were aligned and everything was going smoothly. However, over the eight months of filming, the camera caught the truth they haven't been able to share. Entering their tenth year, they go from four people to five. Their new start as five begins.

Their national tour was canceled due to the pandemic, and they lost their place to perform. However, each member took on various challenges to expand their individual work opportunities. This August, Matushima returned after a 21 month break. The members welcomed him as if nothing had changed. That was their response. Sexy Zone prepares to perform as five members for the first time in 650 days.

So Matsushima had been on sick leave for the last 21 months. He was practicing furiously for the performance on a music program coming up in September. The big day finally arrives. Will his hard work pay off? We follow the group over the summer to watch them shoot their video for their new single “NOT FOUND,” perform for a radio show, and guest star on a variety show hosted by ARASHI.

Their national tour “POPxSTEP!? TOUR 2020” scheduled to begin in March was postponed due to the pandemic before being canceled. However, they were replacing it with a remote livestream set for the end of October. During a production meeting, they decided So Matsushima would make his comeback after a two and a half year absence. After eight months of hard work, they finally take the stage.

They made splashes with their big debut, but their debut concert was canceled. How will they overcome this setback? We follow Snow Man as they try to take on new challenges to deliver a new form of entertainment amid a pandemic that has no end in sight. After their play was canceled, they decided to turn it into a movie. Practice began in July. The members scream as their tough training starts.

The youngest member and high school student Raul began shooting his dance scene. His emotions exploded into a climactic energy he was able to focus into his dance. The muscle drum scene that would be the highlight of the movie also began production. What kind of performance will the nine members show after all the hard work and training they put in?

There were six original members when Snow Man formed: Hikaru Iwamoto, Tatsuya Fukazawa, Ryohei Abe, Shota Watanabe, Ryota Miyadate, and Daisuke Sakuma. Raul, Koji Mukai, and Ren Meguro joined two years ago. Each grew and became indispensable. We examine their busy lives as they strive for greater heights as a group and individuals.

Rehearsal for their debut show in September resumed. A production meeting was held. The group didn't have many original songs yet, so they often did covers. However, Fukazawa proposed they only perform Snow Man originals. He wanted to appeal to the fans that have been with them from the beginning. The big day arrives, and they're finally able to show off their hard work two years after debuting.

A special on Travis Japan, the popular leading group of Johnny's Jr. The members were handpicked in 2012 by Johnny H. Kitagawa and Travis Payne, an internationally renowned choreographer. They are excellent dancers who are capable of all sorts of styles from Jazz to Rock. They are especially good at dancing in-sync. We take a look at what it takes for the group to strive for dancing greatness.

Travis Japan's big draw is the teamwork and camaraderie between the seven members. However, that was not the case when they first formed in 2012. Five years later, the initial nine members fell to five in 2017 after some had left. However, the addition of Genta Matsuda and Kaito Matsukura would breathe new life into the group, not only with their dance skills but with their personalities as well.

Travis Japan got Johnny's greatest performer Tomoyuki Yara to choreograph a special number. His advice to the group was not to try too hard dancing. He wanted them to find something new beyond their synchronized dancing. The group strives to reach a new level of dancing that incorporates each of their individual visions. Will they be able to succeed?

Last October, the group was set to put on their play “Toraja NINJAPAN 2020” at the legendary Shinbashi Enbujo theater. The show would mark their return to performing publicly after taking a 225 day hiatus due to the Coronavirus pandemic. They want to deliver the best performance they can. We follow them behind the scenes to witness their emotional journey.

This January, they were filming a music video for the lead single “RIGHT NEXT TO YOU” for their 10th anniversary album “SZ10TH.”A world-class team was in charge of the choreography, and Sexy Zone took on the hardest dance of their careers. The group looks to enter new territory as they welcome their 10th anniversary with a tour set to start in March. We follow them as they give back to their fans.

Debuted in 1995, we follow V6 as they entered their 25th anniversary last year. V6 was formed when the two groups 20th Century and Coming Century were combined. There is a nine year difference between the oldest and the youngest. They all had different careers and talents, and showcased their personalities to expand their opportunities. We take a look at the results of 25 years of hard work.

Yoshihiko Inohara struggled with emceeing at concerts early on, but he has since built quite a hosting resume. Nagano acted before his debut and became Johnny's first tokusatsu hero with his starring role in Ultraman Tiga. Sakamoto was known for his acting and singing skills, garnering respect as a musical star. We take a look at the three original members of 20th Century.

Last fall, rehearsals for their 25th anniversary concert began. They would be performing their new track “Clear” at the end for fan club members. They hired the rapper KREVA to produce it. They also had costume meetings and meetings regarding the 25th anniversary companion book where the group discussed their visions. What kind of performance does a 25 year career culminate to?

Last year, the livestream “V6 For the 25th anniversary” show was performed on November 1 to celebrate with the fans. The venue was the Yoyogi National Gymnasium, which was like hallowed ground for the group. After many hours of discussion and collaboration, they would finally stand on stage. We watch as V6 delivers their gratitude to the fans through the screens from that special place.
