Drew realizes that he wants to marry his girlfriend, Kate, and buys an expensive engagement ring. Unfortunately, Drew's ruthless boss asks the employees to emulate the show "Survivor" and vote for someone to be terminated. The employees choose Drew. With Mimi giving references, the only job Drew can find is in the cafeteria of his former high school.

Even though he is engaged to Kate, Drew feels like his life is more pathetic than ever, since he has a humiliating job in the cafeteria of his former high school. Wondering how he became such a loser, Drew discovers that his teenage pals Kate, Oswald and Lewis were instrumental in causing his problems. Kate mistakenly convinced Drew that his nerdy eyeglasses were sexy.

Drew tries to inherit $10,000 by staging a phony wedding with Kate.

Mimi wins Kate's stake in Buzz Beer in a poker game, and to Drew's horror conceives a great moneymaking idea. But when $2,000 is discovered missing, Drew becomes the prime suspect.

Drew and the cast are joined by guest performers from "Whose Line Is It Anyway?" for this live, partially improvised episode. Unable to regain his job at Winfred-Louder, Drew forms his own employment agency. JAY LENO also guest stars.

Mistakenly believing Kate is pregnant, Drew celebrates, but Kate tells Drew she wants her career instead of children. Drew admits to Kate how important being a father is to him, and they sadly end their relationship. Desperate for American citizenship, Mr. Wick promises Drew his job back with perquisites if Drew marries him.

Drew is prohibited from becoming a scout troup leader after his same-sex marriage to Mr. Wick.

Lewis and Oswald urge Drew to have sex with another woman now that his relationship with Kate has ended. But Kate is furious when she learns of this advice. After Drew goes on a date with Mimi's cousin--and almost has sex with her--he and Kate realize they want to remain friends.

Drew tries to impress his new boss by performing at a church fund-raiser, but his horrible singing and accordion playing offend the parishioners--and his boss vows to make Drew's life miserable.

Lewis and Oswald cause havoc at a beer convention with their Buzz Beer mascot: a beer-drinking bear.

After Drew goes on one date with a very pregnant woman, she assumes he will be the official father of her baby. Drew tries to end the relationship. He finally terminates their relationship while she is in labor at the hospital. Meanwhile, after being treated cruelly by the Winfred-Louder Santa Claus, store elves Lewis and Oswald kidnap him.

Mimi and Steve buy a house next to the Warsaw tavern, and as a prank, Drew and the guys get drunk and urinate in Mimi's yard. Mimi retaliates by getting the Warsaw's liquor license revoked. Everyone blames Drew and tries to save the Warsaw, but nothing works until Drew apologizes to Mimi and beautifies the yard with lights and decorations.

Oswald's parolee father helps Drew get a job at his realty office. After selling Lewis some land, Drew discovers the office is running a scam, but if Drew goes to the police, Oswald's father will be implicated.

When Drew and Mr. Wick's domestic relationship sours, Drew ejects him from the house, causing Mr. Wick to become even more tyrannical at work and Mimi to tell everyone that Drew's to blame. Drew tries to improve morale--to the point of consulting a couples counselor. But nothing works until Drew realizes he misses Mr. Wick and invites him to come back to live.

After a car accident, Drew lies in a coma, but his spirit experiences a dream world of pizza that grows on trees, beer waterfalls, supermodels who love bowling and a very subservient Mimi. When a doctor tries to revive him, Drew refuses to leave his dream world. A Heavenly Guide gives Drew the choice of going to heaven or returning to his friends. Drew chooses heaven.

As Drew's spirit floats up to heaven, Drew meets the soul of his nephew floating down to inhabit Mimi's baby. Drew makes the baby afraid of Mimi, and suddenly she experiences complications during labor. To prove to the baby's spirit that Mimi will be a good mother Drew occupies the body of Mimi's baby and is born, breastfeeds from Mimi and is circumcised.

Only Drew has the secret to making Mimi's baby stop crying. Lewis believes he's going to die.

When Drew's obituary is mistakenly printed in a local newspaper, Drew realizes that he hasn't achieved anything in life.

Drew mistakenly receives death benefits and spends the money on a motorcycle, adopting a dangerous persona.

Steve forces Mimi and Drew into a truce. Drew's not happy about Kate's handsome new boyfriend.

Drew tries to prevent Lewis from going to hell--but Lewis becomes overzealous in his reforms. Mr. Wick prefers Steve to Mimi as his assistant.

Drew foolishly assigns Oswald the task of delivering the store's Easter baskets to numerous customers' houses. After Oswald fails miserably, Drew must overcome his newfound fear of driving to try to finish the job.

Drew and Mimi's cousin (KATHIE LEE GIFFORD) both want to be named the guardian of Steve and Mimi's baby. But when Drew disrupts the christening, he almost loses the opportunity. Mimi ultimately realizes how much Drew loves the child.

Drew's new girlfriend (ILLEANA DOUGLAS) gets Lewis in trouble after Drew reveals Lewis' involvement with a dangerous toxic dumping program at DrugCo.
