The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus tells the story of Dr. Parnassus and his extraordinary Imaginarium travelling show. Thousands of years ago he made a bet with the devil, Mr. Nick, and he won immortality. Centuries later, he made another deal with the devil, trading immortality for youth, on condition that his daughter becomes the property of Mr Nick on her 16th birthday.
