While growing up in Howard Beach, New York, and as a student at New York Military Academy, John Gotti Jr. learns of his father's rise to power in the world of organized crime.

John Jr. gets himself into trouble after graduating. John's father "punishes" him by forcing him to spend his days at the Bergin Hunt & Fish Social Club, his father's notorious mob headquarters.

FBI focuses on taking down John Gotti; John Jr. becomes acting mob boss when his father is sentenced to life in prison.

John Jr. becomes acting mob boss of the Gambino Crime Family when his father is sentenced to life in prison; John Jr. vows to quit his life of organized crime and become a law-abiding citizen.
